Singapore orders are charged at a flat rate of $4, with free shipping on orders above $120.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in original condition, with all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact, and show no signs of wear, damage, staining, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or washing. For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items without their hygiene liner intact, worn or washed swimwear, or sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and other final sale items.

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. The item must meet all return eligibility requirements. To request a size exchange, contact us at hello@andrayswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges for different styles or designs.

Yes, all sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as &Ray is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us at hello@andrayswim.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If approved, we'll assist you with next steps. This is separate from, and does not affect, any rights you may have under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act ("Lemon Law") for goods that are defective or not as described.

Use our size guide as a starting point. If you're between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit and level of coverage — size up if you prefer more coverage, and size down if you prefer a barer fit.

Most styles fit true to size, but our micro-cut styles are intentionally designed with a smaller, closer fit. Some customers choose to size up for more coverage, depending on how much they want to show.

Selected bottoms, skirts, and shorts include a fold-over waistband so you can adjust the level of coverage around the waist and tummy.

No. Each &Ray piece is designed with a different balance in mind. Some styles emphasise shape and definition, while others prioritise ease, coverage, and support. In many cases, a piece may carry elements of both.

Our pieces are made using three signature fabrics — ReForm™, PlushForm™, and AirForm™ — each made with recycled fibres and chosen for a different role across the collection: shape retention, structure, and breathability. Together they hold their shape, resist chlorine and saltwater, and feel good against the skin.

Yes. All three of our signature fabrics are made using recycled materials, chosen for a lower-impact approach without compromising on fit, comfort, or durability.

Rinse in cold water after each wear, avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, and hand-wash with care. Don't wring, iron, or tumble-dry your pieces — lay flat to dry to help them hold their shape, colour, and stretch for longer.
