Returns & Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@andrayswim.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:


  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

If approved, we will assist you with the next steps.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

The item must meet all return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact.

If you would like to request a size exchange, please contact us at hello@andrayswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges for different styles or designs.

Sale items

All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as &Ray is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Policy

We hope you love your &Ray pieces. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below before submitting a request.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:


  • be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • be in original condition

  • have all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact

  • not show any signs of wear, damage, staining, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or washing

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:


  • items without their hygiene liner intact

  • worn or washed swimwear

  • sale items / promotional items / gift cards / final sale items
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us at hello@andrayswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help sort it out.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Use our size guide as a starting point. If you are between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit and level of coverage. Size up if you prefer more coverage, and size down if you prefer a barer fit.

Are your pieces true to size?

Most styles fit true to size, but our micro-cut styles are intentionally designed with a smaller, closer fit. Some customers choose to size up for more coverage, depending on how much they want to show.

What is micro-cut?

Our micro-cut styles are designed to sit flatter against smaller busts, helping reduce excess fabric and gaping for a cleaner, closer fit.

Design & Features

What makes &Ray different?

Our pieces are designed with details that do more than one job — from micro-cut proportions and reversible construction to cinching and adjustable coverage — so each style feels more personal to wear.

What is cinching?

Selected styles feature adjustable cinching details that help shape the fit more closely to your body. This can create a more defined look while still allowing flexibility in how the piece sits.

What is the fold-over feature?

Selected bottoms, skirts, and shorts include a fold-over waistband so you can adjust the level of coverage around the waist and tummy.

Are all styles designed the same way?

No. Each &Ray piece is designed with a different balance in mind. Some styles emphasise shape and definition, while others prioritise ease, coverage, and support. In many cases, a piece may carry elements of both.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days for Singapore orders.

How much is shipping?

Singapore orders are charged at a flat rate of $4, with free shipping on orders above $120.
